Once your product is delivered, You'll receive a link via WhatsApp, Email, and SMS to share your honest product experience.

If you're not happy with the product, you can raise a concern directly through Capchek.

After delivery, we'll send you an experience link via WhatsApp, Email, or SMS. In that link:

  • You'll rate the product
  • If you select 👎 (dislike), you'll get options to:
    • Share your experience
    • Connect with the brand for support

If you want the issue to be resolved, simply choose to connect with the brand.

Didn't Receive or Miss the Link?

You can also log in to your Capchek profile. Go to the Support tab, where all your Capchek Assured brand orders are listed. Find your order and raise your concern directly from there.

We ensure the brand responds and addresses your issue.

How to Raise a Concern in the Capchek Buyer App

You can raise a concern directly from the Capchek Buyer Application.

Follow these simple steps:

  • Open the Capchek Buyer App
  • Go to the Support tab
  • Select the order you need help with
  • Choose the issue category
  • Describe your issue clearly
  • Upload a photo (if required) for validation
  • Submit

That's it — your support ticket is created.

What Happens Next?

  • We connect you with the brand to solve your concern
  • Once the brand responds, you'll receive updates via WhatsApp, SMS, and Email
  • You can track your ticket status anytime in the app
